Eloqua 2013 Sales Kick-off Powered by DoubleDutch

The Eloqua SKO is underway in Canada this week - recapping sales goals and strategies for 2013. Naturally we won't dish all the dirty little details about their app due to privacy and competitive concerns. What we can talk about are some of the unique things the Eloqua team is doing with the app.

One of which is utilizing custom badges to incentivize behavior during a training session. At the end of the session there will be a quiz hosted within the application which attendees can answer in real-time. The top performers of the quiz will then earn a custom badge for being the leaders of the group. Something nice to flaunt around the office...

They're using custom badges in several other creative ways too, all with the goal of engaging their team and incentivizing behavior.
